A meeting with the city’s active community members was held at State Educational Institution “Gymnasium No. 1” in the city of Buston, with the participation of Zarifi Fakhritdin Najmiddin — Deputy Chairperson of the Sughd Regional Court, Iskandarzoda Shahriyor — Judge of the Sughd Regional Court, and Bohir Zoirzoda — Chairperson of the Buston City Court.
The event began with opening remarks by Mamnur Nurzoda, Deputy Chairperson of the city of Buston, who emphasized that raising the level of legal awareness among the population, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and fostering respect for the law among citizens are among the important priorities of state policy.
During the meeting, issues related to the implementation of the instructions and directives of the Leader of the Nation, respected Emomali Rahmon, improving citizens’ legal awareness, and compliance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Regulation of Traditions, Celebrations and Ceremonies in the Republic of Tajikistan” and the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Responsibility for Education and Upbringing of Children” were discussed.
The participants also discussed preparations for and the worthy celebration of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, prevention of offenses, strengthening civic responsibility, and strict compliance with legal norms.
During the meeting, Zarifi Fakhritdin Najmiddin and Iskandarzoda Shahriyor delivered speeches on important legal issues and provided specific answers to the participants’ questions.
At the conclusion of the meeting, it was emphasized that holding such educational and awareness-raising events plays an important role in increasing citizens’ legal awareness, preventing offenses, and strengthening legal culture in society.
